Bradford Key Club Sponsor
The Kiwanis Club of Downtown Kenosha sponsors the Bradford High School Key Club. Key Clubs across the country provide leadership training, as well as personal growth and service opportunities to students involved in the clubs.
The Club purchases an I-pad for a child with autism annually based on teacher recommendation. Autism now affects 1 in 50 children; according to the Centers for Disease Prevention & Control, (CDC). It is a Spectrum disorder, meaning some children may be mildly affected, while others are severe. Autism is a biological and neurological disorder. We help one child a year with an IPAD donation, which helps with their communication and learning.
